Welcome to examprep.sg (the "Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must create an account to access the practice exams. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you create an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
We offer access to our exam preparation materials through one-time payments for a fixed access period (e.g., 1 month or 3 months). This is not a recurring subscription.
All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
Our "Pass Guarantee" is available on all paid plans. To be eligible, you must complete a minimum of two (2) full "Simulation Mode" mock exams on our platform for the specific exam you failed.
If you do not pass your official exam after meeting the eligibility criteria, you must email us at support@examprep.sg within 30 days of receiving your official result. You must provide a clear screenshot or copy of your official result slip as proof.
Upon verification, we will extend your access to the relevant exam materials for one (1) additional month at no extra charge. This is the sole and exclusive remedy under the Pass Guarantee.
All content on the Platform, including the question bank, explanations, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of ExamPrep.sg or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or its content.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the content is error-free or that it will guarantee you will pass your exam.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamPrep.sg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
